A motorist stopped and arrested on suspicion of drink-driving was 'distracted' by pornography being streamed over his mobile phone, police have said.
Officers in Tameside revealed the shocking arrest overnight on a Facebook post.
The man is aged in his 30s, but he hasn't been named.
Police on patrol stopped a car he was driving after they noticed the vehicle 'weaving across the road'.
A roadside breath test was then carried out, and he was found to be more than twice the drink-drive limit.
GMP Tameside North said on Facebook that after stopping him, officers found he was 'also further distracted by pornographic material being streamed on his phone'.
The man now faces charges, the force said.
It is understood he remained in custody on Easter Monday.
It hasn't been revealed where in Tameside the man was stopped.
In the Facebook post, GMP Tameside North said: "A male in his thirties has been arrested for drink driving after officers sighted him weaving across the road.
"On stopping to speak to him they notice he is intoxicated but also further distracted by pornographic material being streamed on his phone!
"He will be charged when sober after blowing twice over the limit.
"What else he was up to at the wheel – we don't want to know!
