A suspected cannabis factory has been uncovered during a “routine enquiry”, police say.
Dozens of plants were found at the house where at least one room had the walls and ceiling covered in silver insulation.
Small plants, that appeared to have been recently planted, were also in the property in the Antrim area.

Officers posted on the PSNI Newtownabbey Facebook page that “local police teams were carrying out a routine enquiry at an address in Antrim”.
The post added: “Note to resident, close the door of the room you’ve converted into a cannabis factory along with the 81 plants you’re nurturing along. The police might just be interested in such a room.”
It is understood cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £40,000 following the search of a house in the Beechgrove area of Antrim on Sunday afternoon.

A PSNI spokesman said that two men, aged 20 and 22, “have been charged with cultivating cannabis, possession of a class B controlled drug, dishonestly using electricity and possessing criminal property”.
