A suspected drink-driver who was also banned from the road failed to stop for officers then rammed a police car.
Officers in the Bolton area spotted the car in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday). They tried to get the driver to stop.
He tried to flee the scene and smashed into the police vehicle, officers said. The driver was found to be disqualified after being detained.
