Suspected armed robber with 'f*** cops' and devil horns tattooed on his forehead arrested by US police

An alleged armed robber with “f*** cops” and devil horns tattooed on his forehead has been tracked down and arrested by police in the US.

Paul Terry, 27, was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery with a dangerous weapon after a man described being held up at knifepoint by a man fitting his distinctive description.

The victim was in his flat in Tulsa, Oklahoma, when he heard knocking at his door on Friday evening, Tulsa World reported.

When he opened it, his ex-girlfriend and a man forced their way inside, according to an arrest report seen by the newspaper, and the man pulled out a knife and threatened to stab him if he did not hand over his wallet.

The male robber, described as having horns and writing tattooed on his face, then reportedly walked out while the woman remained asking for more money until the victim called police.

Terry and Sonja Moro, 30, were identified as suspects by the man’s description and arrested on Saturday evening.

They were being held in Tulsa County Jail on bail of $100,000 (£67,000) and $50,000 (£34,000) respectively, according to official records, and are due to appear in court on 29 December.

The case comes after police in Alaska attempted to use a man's face tattoos as evidence of his "attitude and behaviour" at a court hearing.

Jason Barnum, nicknamed “Eyeball” because of the design, admitted he was “not the nicest guy” after shooting a police officer.
