Actor Sushant Singh Rajput takes keen interest in the way his characters look on screen. The 29-year-old, who is busy shooting for his upcoming film, a biopic on Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, had been sporting long hair for quite some time now.

However, Sushant has now cut his hair as he is shooting the portion where the cricketer had short hair. “Sushant is the kind of actor who enjoys getting under the skin of his character and will do everything the role demands. He kept away from public appearances and spent over a year to grow and style his hair,” says a source, close to the actor, who was also shooting for the same film in the Capital recently.
Talking about the actor’s new look, the source adds, “Sushant has now chopped his hair and is sporting a shorter look. After a successful first schedule, the actor has left for the second schedule of MS Dhoni.”
While the actor was unavailable for response, his spokesperson confirms the news. “Sushant enjoys experimenting with his look. He recently cut his hair and now sports a much shorter hair style for the film,” says the Kai Po Che actor’s spokesperson.
