Piers Morgan may drive the nation a bit crazy when he appears on Good Morning Britain in a morning - but co-host Susanna Reid has gone a step further.
The presenter has said that her GMB co-host drove her back into her former drinking ways when he joined the ITV programme back in 2015.
Susanna, 48, admitted that her co-stars regular provocations infuriated her and made her desperate for a drink again.
But she also added that the 53-year-old helped her out of a 'BBC' mentality which she had adopted before her channel hop and forced her to speak her mind.
Susanna told Prima magazine: "When Piers Morgan joined Good Morning Britain in 2015, I'd been teetotal for seven months.

"Believe it or not, he drove me to the booze again.
"At 6.01am every morning, I would think 'I can't do this'.
"He's not afraid to say the most personal and provocative things, which I found infuriating.
"I tried ignoring it at first, before realising he was determined to prod and poke me until I was forced to have an opinion on something.
"He now says he's drained out of me the BBC neutrality that I carried with me for the first 20 years of my career - he's right.

"Actually, it's turned out to be a good thing."
Susanna has since given up alcohol again, much to Piers disappointment, and has credited it to a new trimmed down figure and feeling "clearer, sharper, and more energetic than ever."
