Susanna Reid has undergone an incredible weight loss transformation by shedding more than 1.5 stone without hitting the gym.
The Good Morning Britain presenter, 48, gave herself a lifestyle makeover without torturing herself with vigorous workouts.
Susanna transformed her figure by giving up alcohol and quitting her habit of snacking between meals.
Speaking about the moment she decided to make some changes, Susanna told Prima magazine: “This time last year, I went to the doctor with a skin problem and he told me I could do with losing some weight.
"It turned out I was at the upper end of my BMI and, I have to admit, I’d been feeling a little heavy for a while.
"I’ve lost a stone and a half since then and I feel fantastic.”

But despite being delighted with her trimmer physique, Susanna revealed there are times when she's not so body confident.
"I often look at pictures of myself and think, ‘Wow I don’t like that.’
"But that’s normal isn’t it? There are more bad pictures of me in existence than there are good….but the fact is I’m a real woman, i just happen to be on TV and I’m quite proud of that.”

The mum-to-three previously insisted sh didn't want to spend hours in the gym and decided to give up booze, cut out snacks and reduced her carbohydrate intake.
Susanna told the Daily Express : "I wanted to shift some weight and as part of that I gave up drink...
"I’ve stopped snacking between meals and I am eating more sensibly too...

"It is more than 100 days since I last touched alcohol and I feel clearer, sharper, and more energetic than ever.
"It's certainly helped me - not least because I have get up so early and it doesn't help when you feel as if you are in a constant state of jet lag."
