Susanna Reid was forced to pour a smoothie over her head on live television after she lost a charity challenge to Good Morning Britain co-host Ed Balls on Monday’s show (18 May).
The presenters took part in the Smoothie Challenge, created by Made In Chelsea star Sam Vanderpump to raise awareness of organ donation.
The 29-year-old revealed last year that he is battling end-stage liver disease and desperately needs a transplant to survive.
Reid and Balls went head-to-head in the challenge, which requires both participants to try and down a smoothie. Whoever fails to finish first must pour the drink over their head.
After losing the challenge, Reid immediately tipped the glass over her head. Vanderpump laughed: “I now feel bad!”
