Susanna Reid opened up about her painful injury suffered on Strictly Come Dancing as she sympathises with Will Bayley for quitting the show.
The Good Morning Britain presenter hit the dance floor in the 2013 series of the show, and she danced with the much-loved Strictly pro Kevin Clifton.
In her Femail column for MailOnline , the journalist, 48, shared her experience when she gained an injury during rehearsals - much like Will.
Reid wrote: "I got injured ahead of the Halloween show myself when I took part - an ambitious lift put my back into spasm.
"I desperately wanted to do the lifts, which are even harder than they look: it isn't all about the man doing the lifting, the woman has to lean into it to make it work. The pain was so bad I could barely move."
Susanna thanked Abbey Clancy for saving the day, explaining that by coincidence the Leicester City football team were staying at her hotel.

Abbey's husband - footballer Peter Crouch, asked his physio to fix Susanna's damaged spine, and after a few "painful" cracks, she was transformed.
She joked it was a pity Abbey and Peter couldn't come to Will's rescue too.
It comes after the table-tennis champ quit Strictly Come Dancing after his 'freak' knee injury failed to heal.

His sad departure from the BBC show means that there will be just three contestants in the final this year rather than the usual four.
The gold-medal winning Paralympian said he was devastated to leave the series – which had been one of the highlights of his life.

Will, who suffers with arthrogyposis in all four of his limbs, said: "I'm gutted my Strictly journey has had to come to an end. I've loved being part of the show, and am so grateful for the phenomenal support we have received.

"I want to say a special thank you to Janette for believing in me, and giving me the confidence to believe in myself.
"The things we achieved, from our couple's choice dance, through to the lifts in our salsa, will stay with me forever. I've had the time of my life."
