Susanna Reid left feeing 'sick' during terrifying stunt live on GMB

Susanna Reid was left feeling "sick" today over a terrifying stunt involving a bow and arrow live on Good Morning Britain.

Co-stars Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway and guest Joe Swash were also terrified, but Susanna couldn't bear to look and hid her face in her hands.

Britain's Got Talent star Jonathan Goodwin appeared on the programme to speak about his appearance in London show The Illusionists.

But he also decided to take part in one of his stunts, which could have gone VERY wrong.

Jonathan didn't make any of the presenters feel anymore at ease when he spoke about his previous stunt going awry in rehearsals before the live BGT show.

He brought out his assistant and quipped: "I asked any one of you to do this and you all chickened out!"

"It's not in my contract!" Susanna hit back as she watched the stunt unfold.

Jonathan had his assistant hold a balloon in her mouth and he had to hit it with his bow and arrow.

"I can't watch," Susanna said as she hid her eyes.

Thankfully, Jonathan managed to hit his target and later got his assistant to hold a piece of paper on its side. His arrow managed to strike the quarter of a millimeter edge.

Finally, he put a blindfold on and got her to hold the balloon above her head. She then ran the bell at various points around the balloon so he could hit the target.

He managed to hit the balloon and not kill his assistant, leaving everyone in the studio stunned.

"I don't know how you did that," Susanna gasped.

Meanwhile Joe exclaimed: "That is terrifying!"

Ben said that his "heart is beating so fast", while Susanna said that she was "feeling sick".
