Susanna Reid says Piers Morgan won't be back on the Good Morning Britain sofa.
The television presenter - who co-hosted the breakfast show alongside Piers until he walked out earlier this year following a string of comments he made about Meghan Markle - doesn't see him returning to the programme any time soon.
He walked out of the show after a heated row with Alex Beresford over the comments he made, and Susanna sees no chance of him ever returning to front the morning show again.
She told Weekend magazine : "He’s not left ITV - he’s still doing Life Stories. But no, he won’t be back on the GMB sofa."

Susanna insists she is still in contact with Piers but the pair haven't seen one another since he stormed off the show.
"We’re in touch a lot," she added.
"He’s had Covid and texted me to say he couldn’t taste fine wine.
"I said that makes getting presents for him a lot cheaper. We’ll have to make it a sparkling water lunch when we get together."
The presenter admitted she was left in "shock" when Piers walked off the show - but she thought his on-screen exit was just for dramatic purposes and didn't believe he'd actually leave.
Speaking about the day he left, she recalled: "I was in shock. It felt surreal as Piers got up and left. I went out to talk to him; we had an animated discussion. I don’t remember what I said, it’s all a bit of a blur now, but back he came.

"I didn’t think he’d really leave the show. That was definitely another shock. The whole thing was intense, raw and emotional. Piers had been the person I’d sat alongside and forged a successful partnership with for five years."
When he left, Susanna made a statement live on air the following day, which Piers described as "frosty" at the time.
"Piers has decided to leave the programme. Some of you may cheer and others will boo," she said at the time.

"He has been my presenting partner for more than five years and has been a voice for many of you, and a voice that many of you have railed against. It is going to be very different but shows go on and so on we go."
Earlier this week, an Ofcom ruling insisted ITV did not break its broadcasting code when it came to the on-air spat.
Since the ruling agreed that what Piers had said was just freedom of expression, he had joked he could be back on the famous sofa.
"Maybe I should just storm back in," he tweeted to his followers.
