Susanna Reid was forced to make a swift change out of her clothes just minutes before filming Good Morning Britain.
The 48-year-old presenter was presenting alongside Ben Shephard when she slipped into a different outfit minutes before going live.
Susanna had been wearing a fitted lacy red dress as she sat at the table while a make-up artist brushed her face with powder.
Filming the moment before they went live, Ben showed the table scattered with scripts, notes and coffee as two women loomed over Susanna.
She joked: "Who are these people?!"
But later on Ben's Instagram Stories, Ben shared a clip of Kate Garraway and said that it was her "first day back".
He later turned to Susanna quipped: "Two minutes ago I'm sure you were in a different outfit..."
She was now wearing a blue dress adorned with white blotches and clinched in at the waist.
Laughing, she said: "There have been a couple of wardrobe changes in the three minutes we had before air time."
"Strange goings on at the GMB desk," Ben mused.
He then cheekily pointed out that Kate's fringe looked a bit "Something About Mary".
