Susanna Reid was left gobsmacked by Adam Woodyatt's image transformation when he appeared on Good Morning Britain today.
The actor, who is best known for his portrayal of Eastenders' character Ian Beale, was on the show to discuss his new theatre production which is an adaptation of Peter James’ novel Looking Good Dead.
The famous Liverpool F.C fan joined the ITV breakfast show on a video call with his stage co-star Gaynor Faye - who is best known for her stints as Judy Mallett in Coronation Street and Megan Macey in Emmerdale.

And Susanna Reid was quite clearly taken aback by his new look.
The TV host said: “Adam, great to see you. You look completely different!”
After a pause, the soap legend joked: "Yes. I haven't shaved and I've washed my hair."
In a post on Instagram last year, the Eastenders veteran credited his weight loss to a new exercise regime that involves lots of cycling. He also completed the London Marathon in 2017 and 2019.
Adam is currently on a sabbatical from Eastenders after his character Ian Beale was exposed for being partially responsible for the death of Dennis Rickman Jr.
It has yet to be confirmed when his character will return to Albert Square.
