Susan Sarandon sports painful black eye and fractured nose after horror fall

Susan Sarandon is sporting a painful looking black eye after having a terrifying fall last week.

The actress, 73, took to Instagram to reveal that she was suffering concussion, a fractured nose and an injured knee.

Her accident occurred last week and she was forced to pull out of plans to campaign with Bernie Sanders.

She posted a picture of herself with a big bump on her head, which later progressed to a huge black eye.

Susan posted: "A little slip = concussion, fractured nose, banged up knee. So, looks like I won't be able to meet the folks in New Hampshire with Senator Sanders tomorrow. I'm really sorry I'll miss that opportunity."
