Survey: Tell us what you think about school uniform rules in Wales

Children across Wales have started to head back to school following their summer holidays.

And while this year brings a new set of worries - including whether it's safe to restart in face-to-face learning - traditional concerns, like whether school uniform rules are too strict, haven't subsided.

The cost of buying a full uniform, as well as how strictly some schools enforce the rules, can cause a fair degree of stress for parents.

Already this week, a busy Cardiff school uniform supplier has warned parents and children of delays caused by disruptions to the supply chain. Another parent was left questioning her son's school uniform policy after he was not allowed to wear the £68 shoes she'd bought him for the new year.

How you do feel about school uniforms?

Is your child's school too strict on what clothing and footwear can be worn? Should uniforms be banned altogether?

Let us know how you feel on the issue below. If you’re viewing the app, please click “view interactive” to access the survey.
