Surgeon does victory dance after removing huge 55lbs tumour from patient's ovary

A surgeon performed a bizarre victory dance after removing a massive 25kg tumour from a woman's body.

Dr Dmitry Aryutin, head surgeon at Moscow City Clinical Hospital in Russia, led his team to remove an ovarian tumour from a 59-year-old patient.

It is reported that the patient had complained of severe pain and had difficulty breathing, according to the paramedics who transferred the woman.

Doctors managed to stabilise the patient for an examination and found a benign tumour measuring 25kg (55lbs) in weight.

"The reason is often a delay in seeking medical help and the neglect of the patient's health.

"Such neoplasms press on the intestines, stomach and diaphragm, causing discomfort and pain, but patients believe that everything will go away by itself."
