Anthony Joshua has vowed to "reconstruct" Jarrell Miller's face when the two meet in New York on June 1.
After a heated meeting between the two in New York last week, the heavyweights came face-to-face in calmer surroundings in London on Monday afternoon.
Joshua will make his US debut when he defends his IBF, WBA and WBO titles against Brooklyn-born Miller in Madison Square Garden, admitting he needs a quick knockout to win over a partisan New York crowd.
"All I know is this, knocking people out," Joshua said.
"I’m going to strip his soul in the ring. All this talking s***, I'm going to strip it from him. I’m going to reconstruct his face."
Miller, who has no losses in 24 professional bouts, is challenging for a world title for the first time.
The 30-year-old cut a more measured figure in the capital this afternoon, insisting his long-term goals in boxing extend beyond winning world championship gold.
"Winning the title means a whole lot. We know we will win. But it is one step. We want to do positive things, change lives in the community and around the world and be a positive role model.
"Winning the title is the goal., but we want to do amazing things around the world."
