Supervision for Blantyre man who exposed himself in Hamilton street

A man who exposed himself in Hamilton has been put under supervision for 18 months and must get addiction counselling.

Ryan Rattigan, 36, of  Springwells Crescent, Blantyre, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and admitted committing the offence in St Ninians Road on January 15.

He also admitted causing a disturbance in Shaw Drive, Hamilton, and possessing heroin.
