Supermarket giant Aldi announces major change coming to 800 stores this Bank Holiday weekend

Supermarket chain Aldi have issued an important message to all its customers who are planning to visit their nearest store this Bank Holiday weekend.

According to Manchester Evening News, the major retailer have made changes to their regular opening hours in 800 of its stores across the UK.

This May Bank Holiday weekend, over 800 stores across Scotland, England and Wales will now remain open until 10pm on May 29 and 4pm on May 30 to ensure everyone can stock up on goodies to make the most of their weekend.

The 800 stores will also remain open till 8pm on Bank Holiday Monday.

Aldi supermarkets will be open at the following times over this coming Bank Holiday weekend:

  • Saturday, May 29: 08:00 to 22:00
  • Sunday, May 30: 10:00 to 16:00
  • Monday. May 31: 08:00 to 20:00

The opening times of some stores may vary, so customers should check details on Aldi’s website before their trip. Opening hours in Scotland remain unchanged.

Customers wanting to use click-and-collect can visit the Aldi website to book a timeslot for collection in selected stores.
