Supermac's stores in Galway giving free dressed fries to anyone named William or Kate during Royal visit

Supermac's stores in Galway city are giving away free dressed fries to anyone named William or Kate.

The popular food chain will be giving away the free meal during the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's visit to the city on Thursday.

And those named Will or Kate can avail of the offer by presenting their license or passport at any of the city's outlets before 4pm.

The chips toppings include curry, garlic, cheese, curry and cheese, garlic and cheese and taco fries.

A spokesman said: "Supermac’s will give a Free Dressed Fries to anyone named Kate or Will that calls into their Galway City outlets during the visit of the royal couple to the city on Thursday.

"Hungry visitors to the city looking to catch a glimpse of the royals will get a chance to devour the delicious fries for free if they provide a passport or drivers licence until 4pm."
