Superbook pegs Dolphins with lowest 2019 win total in NFL

It’s still early. The Dolphins have 32 players to add to their roster before training camp and they have a full draft to pick. Heck, Miami has even said they aren’t trying to lose games. It doesn’t matter. Vegas has spoken and the expectation is the Dolphins will be in the Tua Sweepstakes after all.

The “Superbook” at the WestGate Hotel (Las Vegas) has unveiled their opening over/under win totals for 2019 and Miami is in a tie for the worst expectations in 2019.

Miami’s line, which was set at 5 wins, matches that of the Arizona Cardinals for the worst in the league. Interestingly enough, the New York Giants are pegged at 6 wins, despite the general consensus that they are Miami’s biggest competition to land a starting quarterback in 2020.

So many factors are still at play, but the landscape for 2020 and the Dolphins’ outlook on 2019 will be much better defined in just a few weeks, once the team fully fills out their roster and adds youth to the team.

What the Dolphins choose to do in the first round could be a tone setting move for the entire season. Be aggressive? Excellent. Trade down and allocate more picks for 2020?

If that’s the case, bet the under.
