The property went to auction with a guide of $640,000 to $680,000 and attracted eight registered bidders before selling under the hammer for $731,000.
A three-bedroom house at 38 Seventh Street in North Lambton marketed by First National with a guide of $600,000 to $660,000 sold at auction on Tuesday night for $810,000.

Interest has come from first home buyers, renovators and investors for a two-bedroom terrace at 11 Brien Street in The Junction that First National will take to auction on Saturday at 10.30am with a guide of $640,000 to $690,000.

There were seven registered bidders for a three-bedroom house at 30 Cathrine Street in Kotara South that Belle Property Lake Macquarie marketed with a guide of $700,000. It sold at auction last weekend for $820,000.
