It's become a common activity: filming yourself at the gym to track your progress.
There are lots of reasons why people do it - to track their form and progress, as well as create content for social media.
But not everyone loves it. In fact, many gym-goers might actively try to avoid being filmed while exercising.
One woman has left people divided after claiming she was left "embarrassed and in discomfort" after being ordered to stop filming her workout.
Andrea Sunshine, 53, who lives between London and Brazil, regularly hits the headlines while sharing her fitness journey - with many of her fans in disbelief that she's a grandmother.

Despite her horde of fans, the bodybuilder says she experiences her fair share of prejudice, revealing a recent experience at her local gym that left her shocked.
Taking to Instagram, where she has 133,000 Instagram followers, Andrea slammed the SmartFit gym in Buzios, Brazil, claiming the manager told her to "stop filming her workout".
Andrea tried to show the employee her social media account but says the man wouldn't budge, as he allegedly mocked her in front of other gym-goers.
The incident took place on 17 June, but the model shared what happened with her fans last week.
Andrea said: "I told him who I was, but it just made it worse.
"He asked to see my Instagram, I showed him, he reacted with a sneer and said, 'Oh, are you famous? But, I'm sorry, you can't record'".
Andrea felt mortified.
She added: "Why embarrass me even more and make the process longer?
"Why didn't he call me into a corner? I felt enormous discomfort and embarrassment."
Sharing the interaction on Instagram, she captioned the post: "You guys know me and you know my commitment and discipline, so help me understand.
"I was prevented from recording my workouts and I thought the embarrassment I suffered was unnecessary.
"A warning to all athletes and influencers in my area, we must not accept this kind of prejudice.
"If I were a man, would this manager act the same way?"
The post has racked up over 2,000 likes and plenty of comments with mixed opinions.
Someone else added: "It's always good to see both sides of the story, before jumping to conclusions, but it's very uncomfortable for those people who go to the gym to record and take pictures, not everyone wants to show up." [sic]
Another person said: "The gym chain bosses are all rotten and arrogant, I had problems at the unit in my neighbourhood and the manager just didn't want to solve my problem, I never went back there." [sic]
"If you were a man, no one would interrupt your training to embarrass you," said another user.
"At the gym I attended we were prohibited from filming, I never saw anyone even taking pictures there, and I couldn't even talk on the cell phone in the locker room lol, it's absurd," said someone else. [sic]
Another user said: "If you want to record, just do a gym at home, in establishing others, we must respect usage policies, people need to stop thinking they deserve different treatment just because if they are treated like others they will post on the internet."
