Gold Coast's Nick Holman has been offered a two-game AFL ban for a rundown tackle that left Geelong star Mitch Duncan concussed.
The Suns utility was one of three players to cop bans for incidents from Saturday's five AFL games.
Duncan was subbed out under the concussion rule at halftime after smashing his head into the turf in a strong tackle from Holman during the Cats' regulation 34-point win at GMHBA Stadium.
Duncan was carrying the ball on the wing late in the second quarter when Holman tackled him from behind.
Holman won a free kick for the tackle, with the umpire deeming Duncan was caught holding the ball.
Match review officer Michael Christian deemed the incident to be careless conduct, high impact and high contact.
Holman is unable to receive a reduced penalty if he takes an early guilty plea so the Suns will seriously consider challenging Christian's verdict at the tribunal.
Meanwhile, Hawthorn defender Kyle Hartigan has been hit with a three-game suspension for an off-the-ball hit on Carlton star Sam Walsh.
The final quarter incident during the Blues' 23-point win at the MCG was assessed as intentional conduct, high impact and high contact.
It was not the only suspension from that game with Carlton defender Lachie Plowman whacked with a two-game ban for engaging in rough conduct against Hawks star Jaeger O'Meara.
O'Meara was left dazed following the incident and left the ground to be assessed for concussion and a knock to his shoulder.
Fines were handed out to Adelaide veteran Taylor Walker, fellow Crows player Darcy Fogarty, St Kilda's Hunter Clark and Fremantle skipper Nat Fyfe.
Walker was offered a $2000 fine for a sling tackle on Demons star Clayton Oliver, while Fogarty collected former Crows defender Jake Lever high during the third quarter of Adelaide's thrilling one-point win.
