Sunny Kaushal recently opened up about the Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s engagement rumours and how his family reacted to the same.
In an interview with a news portal, Sunny reportedly revealed that his family first burst into laughter when they heard about the rumours doing the rounds. Vicky had gone to the gym when the rumours started. When he came back home, Sunny recalled that his father jokingly pulled his leg, asking him to treat them all with sweets as he is now engaged to Katrina Kaif. Replying to his father, Vicky stated that since the engagement is imaginary, the sweets will be too. Sunny added that although they did not know where all that came from, they all had a good laugh.
Vicky and Katrina have been reportedly dating for a long time now. Although they have not come out in open about the same, their dinner dates, social media PDAs and outings speak volumes about their secret love affair.
Earlier this year, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor almost confirmed the same in an interview with Zoom. He was asked to name a Bollywood relationship rumour that he believes is true. Replying to the same, he said, “Vicky and Katrina are together, that’s true. Am I going to get in trouble for saying this? I don’t know. I think they’re quite open about it.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Vicky will next be seen in Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Sardar Uddham Singh’ and ‘Takht’ in his kitty. Katrina, on the other hand, has films like, ‘Tiger 3’ and ‘Phone Bhoot’. She also has Ali Abbas Zafar’s superhero film and is currently awaiting the release of her Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ with Akshay Kumar.
