Sunderland fans survey - tell us your views as plans for stadium return put on hold

Football is nothing without the fans, we often hear, yet it looks like that will be the case for some time.

The Government's decision to put the gradual reintroduction of supporters to grounds on hold, has been met with frustration by many.

Several matches have already gone ahead with severely limited numbers - including Middlesbrough's game with Bournemouth last weekend.

Now, as part of the measures to combat the growing number of Covid19 cases, fans won't be allowed to return to stadia in the near future.

EFL chairman Rick Parry has warned it is ‘imperative’ the government addresses financial challenges facing football clubs following the move,

But what do you, as a fan, feel about the decision?

Do you agree with the stance, or do you feel it's a step too far? Here in the North East, we are already subject to stricter measures, but when they are lifted, would you want to go to a game?

Most matches are available to stream through various channels - do you pay for that service, or is the cost too much?

And with restrictions in place over going to pub to watch, is that something you would consider?
