The Sun Belt released its 2019 Football Preseason Coaches’ Poll this morning, via snazzy YouTube technology. The content was as expected, with Appalachian State predicted to win both the East and the conference. Last year’s West champ, Louisiana, was also picked to repeat, which makes you wonder if the coaches just submitted last year’s finishing standings rather than a ballot.
