A summer beach is returning to a Liverpool park for families looking for a fabulous day out with the kids.
The urban beach has been a regular fixture over the years at Calderstones Park.
In previous years, 30 tonnes of sand have been shipped in with decking and deckchairs set up near to Calderstones Mansion.

The organisers announced they would be returning as soon as possible after government restrictions are lifted next month.
The posted on Facebook: "We are sooo excited to announce we will be returning on Saturday 17th July. We will be following all of the government's rules in regards to covid-19 and we ask you to follow our rules on site.
"Let the good times resume. We will be holding our Autism Adventure Evening sessions as usual. Dates and times will be confirmed ASAP. Booking will be required if you wish to attend one of these.
"Barry the children’s entertainer will be back every Tuesday."
There is expected to be various fairground rides and attractions as well as the beach which is run by Pont Amusements.
