British actress and singer Suki Waterhouse has taken to social media to share an empowering message on body positivity as she sets out on her postpartum journey. The star, who welcomed her first child with her actor fiance, Robert Pattinson last month, took to the 'Gram to share an important message for new mothers.
In an Instagram post, the 32-year-old star of 'Daisy Jones & The Six' opened up about the ups and downs of her 'fourth trimester' and expressed her gratitude for the experience while also acknowledging its challenges.
"The postpartum period has been filled with exhilarating joy, so much laughter, tears, soo many hormones! I’m proud of everything my body has achieved and proud of the kindness and grace I’ve given myself during this recovery period!" Waterhouse shared.
Along with her empowering post, the star also shared a series of mirror selfies, that saw her in a rather de-glam avatar. Rocking a laid-back look, Suki showed off her belly in an oversized sweater, a nursing bra, and postpartum underwear. The actress could also be seen with a feeding bottle in one hand and a mug that read, 'Mama' on the table.
Waterhouse announced the arrival of her baby with Pattinson in a cute post just last week. Taking to her handle, she shared a Polaroid photo of herself cradling the little one in her arms. While she did not specify the gender or name of the baby, unconfirmed reports state that the couple welcomed a baby girl.
Waterhouse and Pattinson, who have been in a relationship since 2018, announced the pregnancy during the Corona Music Festival. Besides welcoming a baby in secret, the couple also reportedly got engaged. Rumours swirled after Suki was spotted with a diamond ring on her finger, prompting buzz that she and Rob are ready for the next phase of their relationship.
