Donald Trump is seeking $10m in damages from former adviser Sam Nunberg saying Nunberg violated a nondisclosure agreement. Nunberg was fired in August over racist Facebook posts.

A Marist poll of Ohio and Pennsylvania found Trump at 0% among black voters in those states. But Trump’s support among white men made him competitive in Ohio anyway, the poll found.
4. Trump gains ground in Florida – poll
No one poll is conclusive. Quinnipiac found Trump up three points in Florida, a huge swing from last month when Clinton led by 12 in the same poll. Polling averages have Clinton up 2-3 points in the state.
