It has been more than five months since scores of protesters were killed during a violent crackdown in Sudan.

They wanted civilian rule after the Transitional Military Council took over in place of longtime ruler Omar al-Bashir.

A Human Rights Watch report on that sit-in says what happened could amount to crimes against humanity.
