This week's Subs Bench sees Richard Latham meet Gloucestershire coach Richard Dawson.
Glos enjoyed a brilliant 2019 as they won an unexpected promotion to the County Championship Division One and also made it through to the T20 Blast quarter-finals.
In the chat, Dawson reflects on the successful campaign and reveals what has already been planned ahead of next season.
Dawson has had a long association with the club, having a period as a player and a coach before moving to Yorkshire.
He subsequently returned to the County Ground to take up the role of head coach in 2015.
The coach also explains the changes he helped to put in place to help the Glos become successful since arriving at the club, such as becoming harder to beat and using that experience to grind out wins.
