Subs Bench meets former Bristol City and Sheffield United forward Steve Neville

This week, Subs Bench caught up with former Bristol City forward Steve Neville.

Neville scored 40 goals in 134 appearances for the Robins between 1984 and 1988, and now lives in Perth, Australia, working as a football coach.

He was also part of the Bristol City squad which won the 1986 Freight Rover trophy, now the Leasing.com trophy, beating Bolton Wanderers in the final.

During the chat, Neville speaks about his move to Australia, which came as a result of a former team mate letting him know about coaching work being offered in Perth.

And with his wife's Aussie passport, Neville saw it as a great opportunity to stay in football.

He also says his time at Bristol City was the most enjoyable years of his career.
