Stunning views from Sergio Aguero's new luxury Manchester home - including the Etihad

Sergio Aguero knows a thing or two about being on top, having become Manchester City's record goalscorer.

And the Argentine superstar will tower above his rivals yet again after getting his hands on the hottest property going in Manchester.

The City striker has managed to get his hands on a luxury apartment at the West Tower in Deansgate Square in the city centre - and is set to move in next week.

The Manchester Evening News has reported that Aguero was one of the first lucky bidders to snap up the apartment, which is situated on the 44th and 45th floor.

It has already been dubbed 'Manchester's most iconic address' and costs a whopping £8,000 a month.

The luxury apartment offers three en-suite bedrooms, a study, walk-in wardrobes and a 24-hour 'dedicated service team'.

The stunning home also boasts a bird's-eye view of major city landmarks including City's Etihad Stadium and neighbours United's Old Trafford home.

When the development is completed next year, Aguero will also have access to a 25m swimming pool; tennis courts; a gym, five-a-side football pitches; a cinema; and a spa

It is the latest property snapped up by Aguero as part of his portfolio, and it remains to be seen if the footballer will use the flat for himself or use it as an investment opportunity.

The striker currently lives in a mansion in Hale Barns and the MEN has also claimed that he has a flat in Spinningfields which he has rented out to City team-mates including Gabriel Jesus.

Aguero is currently on international duty where he has helped Argentina book a mouth-watering Copa America semi-final showdown with Brazil.
