It also has a bespoke kitchen, an office/study, and a dance floor with a lift to all floors, along with a stunning spiral staircase.

Outside there is a large garden to the front, three double garages, a remote-operated electric gate, three electric door double garages, and a large enclosed garden with a tennis/badminton court.

Complete with its own wind turbine, the house has won awards for its sustainability, and also has self-cleaning glass along with Jerusalem stone with underfloor heating throughout.

There is also CCTV throughout and an alarm system with flat-screen panel TVs, projector screens and ceiling surround sound speakers.

Owner Mike Keen, who also built the property, said: "This is a wonderful house but it's a bit out the way and nobody really has this kind of money in the area so we thought we'd try this.

"I built the whole thing but it would cost you around £5 million to build a house like this these days.

"I wanted to create somewhere I wanted to come home to, there's no point in having money just sat in the bank.

"I love the farmhouse kitchen, I like sitting at the table looking onto the balcony and onto the fields and I love the bar!

"It's a lovely house but it's just too big for us now, I think it's time to move on."

The competition will last for six months until April 20, 2022, or until all 100,000 tickets are sold.
