A new study has found that Manchester United have the most ‘loyal’ players in the Premier League.
Analysis from TicketGum.com shows that stars stay at the club for an average of 54 months and 11 days, or four-and-a-half years. They are followed closely by Arsenal who sit a month behind the Reds.
Chelsea (43 months and 29 days), Everton (43 months and 14 days) and Tottenham (42 months and 11 days) make up the rest of the top five. Meanwhile, Liverpool FC are sixth on 42 months and 10 days with Manchester City 11th on 37 months and seven days.

Bottom of the pile is Brentford, with players staying an average of 29 months and six days, or two years and five months. United also boast the player who has stayed at one Premier League club the longest.
Ryan Giggs stayed at Old Trafford for 23 years, winning 13 Premier League titles, two Champions League and four FA Cups among a cabinet full of silverware. The one-club man tallied 163 goals and 251 assists in 949 games for the Reds.
Two other United players make the top 15 most loyal players. Paul Scholes makes the cut after enjoying 17 years at the top with the club while Gary Neville accumulated 16 years, six months and two days.
Other notable names include Arsenal legend Tony Adams who amassed 19 years, one month and 12 days, John Terry with 17 years and six months at Chelsea and Liverpool duo Jamie Carragher (17 years) and Steven Gerrard (16 years, 10 months and 30 days).
