Students with Down syndrome from Dublin college stun All Blacks with viral haka performance

The All Blacks were treated to a special performance of the haka yesterday by students from Dublin's Together Academy, a college and social enterprise cafe which opened in the capital earlier this year.

The college provides people with Down syndrome with specialised training, work placements, on the job experience and a social network to improve employment prospects.

And students put on an awesome show for the New Zealand team yesterday with a spectacular performance of the infamous haka dance.

The All Blacks posted a video of the performance on their social media.

They said on Twitter: "Thanks to @TogetherAcademy for an awesome haka".

The students have turned into viral superstars, with the video being viewed over two million times on the All Blacks TikTok page.

Together Academy tweeted about the viral success of the video.

They said: "We think that’s a good start. Changing perceptions around people who learn differently. Unlearn."

The video also caught the eye of Olympic Champion Kellie Harrington, who called it "absolutely brilliant".
