Two senior students at a Canberra school have faced court over allegations they had sex with a 16-year-old girl without her consent.
The two students, both aged 18, are accused of sexually assaulting the girl while she was severely affected by cannabis.
A 17-year-old boy is also accused and has faced the ACT Childrens Court.
Police allege that in June, the three drove the girl to a house, then forced her to have sex with them.
A statement of facts tendered to the ACT Magistrates Court says that after the incident, one of the men said to the girl, 'we are not going to tell anyone about this, are we'.
It is also alleged the girl later received a text message from another person saying they had seen a video of the incident.
The Chief Magistrate described the allegations as reprehensible.
The men will return to court later this month.
Editor's note (30/8/2019): All three people accused of sexually assaulting the 16-year-old girl were found not guilty by an ACT Supreme Court jury in November 2011.
