Student party gets out of control as it's raided by dozens of rowdy gatecrashers... when a teenager asked them to leave, he got brutally attacked

A teenager was viciously attacked by a mob after he tried to evict rowdy gatecrashers from an out of control student party in Fallowfield.

Trouble flared after a 'number of uninvited guests' stormed into the home and threw a bin through a window before setting off the fire extinguisher at the party.

Around 90 people were crammed into the student house, in the Ladybarn Crescent area, during the chaos.

When the victim bravely asked people to stop trashing the house, he was 'set upon' by a 'number of youths'.

The attack happened at about 9.30pm on Tuesday, October 22.

The local Fallowfield police team posted about the mayhem on Facebook on Saturday night.

The post, put up at 10.20pm, said: "We know that there was approximately ninety people in attendance at this party and it is thought that some people may have captured footage on mobile phones of this assault."

Anyone who was there, or has video footage of the incident, is asked to call police on 101, quoting reference number CRI/06AA/0026825/19.
