Student hustings for Edinburgh Central candidates

Local students have a chance to question their local Scottish Parliament election candidates on Tuesday tonight.

Members of each of the parties vying for votes are due to take questions at the hustings organised by the Edinburgh University Student Association (EUSA).

Starting at 6pm in the Teviot dining room, MSP candidates on the panel are:

Iain McGill, Scottish Conservatives
Sarah Boyack, Scottish Labour
Alex Cole-Hamilton, Scottish Liberal Democrats
Marco Biagi, Scottish National Party
Adam Ramsay, Scottish Green Party

The debate will be chaired by Dr Mark Aspinwall, head of politics and international relations in the university's school of social and political science.

The Scottish Parliament election is on 5 May. See a full list of candidates here.
