Student fancy dress: Student wearing a Pochahontas outfit made from a pillow case
Ssamson92, Pillowcase Pochahontas "This pillowcase cost me £1.95 from Tesco. Cut it up and get a friend to staple it to size around you. Front tassels are made by turning the pillowcase inside out and cutting up the flap. The tattoo on my arm was drawn on with a brown pen. Brown liquid eyeliner would also work. Previous Pillowcase outfits include Tinkerbell and Dobby the House elf."

Student fancy dress: Student wearing a dress made from wrapping paper
Heather Irene Clare Copeland, wrapping paper dress "This could be worn to an "anything goes but clothes" or a Christmas party. 1 roll of strong wrapping paper each (£1) plus some sellotape. Halter-neck, one shouldered, bandeau dresses or maybe try a two piece! Fraying the skirt and layering it up means that you can sit down without ripping, and always wear sneaky shorts/bandeau top underneath in case someone tries to unwrap you!"

Student fancy dress: Students wearing a homemade Coca Cola lorry outfit
Martin Evans, Coca Cola lorries "This was for a Christmas themed fancy dress dinner at the start of December. Often a harbinger of the festive season is Coke's repeated use of the same catchy and slightly nauseating jingle, as a line of lorries arrive in town. The costumes are made up of a large box and a small box each. They took two days in total."
