Struijk starts and one change from Villa - The Leeds United lineup fans want to see vs Leicester

Leeds United's lineup is expected to show at least one change from the team that won 3-0 at Aston Villa 10 days ago with captain Liam Cooper back in contention following his absence with a groin injury.

Cooper is likely to come in for Ezgjan Alioski and the return of the skipper feels like the key decision for Marcelo Bielsa to make heading into tonight's clash with Leicester City.

But the question is over whether he will replace Alioski or Pascal Struijk, who endured a difficult start to the game at Villa Park and was substituted early before Patrick Bamford's hat-trick.

Jamie Shackleton impressed in his place in midfield but Leeds fans are backing Struijk to retain his place in midfield ahead of the clash with the Foxes tonight.

And that means Alioski drops out of the XI that started at Villa in the only change fans are keen to make to an XI that stunned Dean Smith's side to inflict their first defeat of the season last time out.

That means Bamford retains his place at the top of the pitch, Stuart Dallas moves to his more natural left-back position and Luke Ayling will move from the centre of defence to the right-hand side to accommodate Cooper's return alongside Robin Koch.

It also means that, despite encouraging and eye-catching cameos from both Shackleton and Raphinha on his debut at Villa Park, Mateusz Klich and Rodrigo remain in central midfield and Helder Costa and Jack Harrison line up on the flanks in the fans' preferred team.

Leeds United fans' XI to face Leicester City: Meslier; Ayling, Koch, Cooper, Dallas; Costa, Rodrigo, Struijk, Klich, Harrison; Bamford.
