Newcastle’s game at the Hawthorns was on the BBC’s red button service on Tuesday night – but plenty of viewers reported problems with it buffering.
With Chelsea’s Cup clash against Liverpool on the main channel, the BBC were offering coverage of Newcastle’s trip to West Brom on their supplementary channel.
But Newcastle fans trying to watch it reported an array of problems with the service – from it not loading at all to a slow service due to buffering.
There is an answer though, if you are watching it through your TV. On freeview, you can watch the game on channel 601. If you are a Sky viewer, it is on 981 on HD.
