This Morning agony aunt Deidre Sanders admitted she was "struggling" after celebrating at the National Television Awards.
Hungover presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby thought they would get a few seconds of rest as they handed over to Deidre to preview her phone-in.
Bleary-eyed Phillip joked they were "holding on by our fingertips", while Holly added: "We're so over."
But they burst out laughing when Deidre, who claimed she hadn't even been drinking, started messing up her words.
The giggling presenters asked the red-faced agony aunt if she needed to call into her own phone-line for help.

When asked who she wanted to hear from, Deidre said: "I’m trying to think. I’m here to help anybody with any problems. It could be to do with family, relationship, it could be...to do..."
Holly jokingly asked: "Do you need to call in Deidre?"
The agony aunt confessed: "I’m struggling now - its infectious. I promise I went home early and am very sober.

Deidre regained her composure then tried to continue, but got into a mix up once again.
"I’m here today and if you’ve got a problem out there ring in, email in, wha…use the app," stuttered Deidre.
Hysterical Phillip shouted: "She's all over the shop."
Sympathetic Holly said: "Deidre, I'm going to rustle up a Bloody Mary for you. You'll be fine."

It was actually Holly and Phillip who needed hair of the dog after a boozy night of celebrations.
They thought John Torode's Aussie breakfast would sort their hangovers, but both nearly ended up being sick.
As Alison mixed together some ingredients in a bowl, Holly started making gagging noises and told Phil not to look.
She confessed: "That does really look like what I saw on the pavement last night."

This Morning viewers took to Twitter after watching the hilarious start to today's show.
One fan said: "Dear Deidre on this morning doing the link is absolutely hilarious did she just say “I wasn’t even drink?”"
"The #ThisMorning after the NTAs is my favourite of the year. Deidre is even struggling, "added another.
A third said: "There is nothing better then spending your morning with hungover Phil and Holly"
