Stronachs hires two new associates to bolster its commercial and agricultural operations

Independent law firm Stronachs has bolstered its commercial property team with the appointment of two new associates.

Eloise Robb joins as a senior associate in commercial property, while David Marshall joins as a specialist in agricultural and rural law. Both will be based out of the firm's headquarters in Aberdeen.

Robb has more than 12 years' experience in commercial property, including development and investment acquisitions, leases and disposals. She has additional experience in the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors.

Marshall comes from a farming back ground, and has worked for more than 10 years in the rural and renewable sectors. He will advise on a range of matters including farm and estate sales, purchases, diversification, sporting rights, wayleave agreements, agricultural tenancies and renewable energy projects.

"We are pleased to welcome Eloise and David to the team at Stronachs in Aberdeen," partner Liz Stewart said.

"Both appointments come with a wealth of experience from their respective sectors. Their skills will benefit private and commercial clients operating across a range of sectors."

Stronachs has 19 partners and approximately 90 lawyers and support staff in total between its offices in Aberdeen and Inverness. It provides legal services to private and commercial clients across property, estate and tax planning, corporate, energy, employment, construction, dispute resolution and family law.
