Strictly winner 2020: Who won the Glitterball trophy?

Strictly Come Dancing 2020 has officially ended after one celebrity contestant lifted the Glitterball trophy last night.

The BBC One show had lifted spirits in recent weeks, with a socially distanced judging panel and pairings forming separate bubbles to make the series possible in the current climate.

Strictly's final saw Jamie Laing, HRVY, Maise Smith and Bill Bailey go head-to-head on the dance floor, doing three performances each during the two hour and twenty minute final.

If you missed it, here's everything you need to know.

Who won Strictly 2020?

Bill Bailey and his professional dance partner Oti Mabuse were this year's winners.

The 55-year-old is the show's oldest ever winner.

Upon winning, Bill said: "It feels surreal, it feels extraordinary, it feels wonderful. I never thought that we would get this far, I never thought we'd get to the final.

"But I have the most extraordinary teacher, the most extraordinary dancer. Someone who has believed in me right from the beginning and she found something in me and turned me into this, a dancer."
