Strictly stars belt out Olivia Newton-John hit backstage as they prepare for Movie Week

Strictly Come Dancing's female stars enjoyed a quick singing session as they got ready for tonight's show in the beauty room.

The women belted out an Olivia Newton-John hit while they prepared for Saturday evening's Movie Week.

Comedian Jayde Adams got really into it as she sang along to Hopelessly Devoted To You from Grease.

Helen Skelton filmed the fun moment and shared the black-and-white footage on her Instagram Stories, captioning it: "Wall flowers the lot of them."

She walked around the room and zoomed in on Fleur East and Ellie Simmonds, who were all sitting in their make-up chairs with pristine hair.

Ellie's dance partner Nikita Kuzmin was seen in the background getting a little makeover for the show.

It comes after Nikita reportedly broke up with his girlfriend of five years, fellow dancer Nicole Wirt.

The decision is believed to be mutual, with both dancers busy with work, and Nicole mainly based in Germany.

Last week on Strictly, Nikita, 24, and his Paralympic champion partner Ellie, 27, were praised for their "magical" waltz, and came fifth on the leaderboard.

A source told The Sun: “Nikita wanted to totally focus on this series of Strictly and decided a while back he wanted to end his relationship with Nicole.

“They had been together for five years and it ended up being a mutual decision. Nicole is mainly based in Germany and she is getting busier with work."

Nicole, did stay in London to visit Nikita but their schedules were making that difficult, the source said, adding that the pair only want the best for each other.

Nikita has been busy with his rehearsals with Ellie and recently talked about the 'adaptations' made to make the dance work, as Ellie is the first star to take part in the BBC dancing show with achondroplasia, which is a form of short-limbed dwarfism.

Nikita told host Rylan Clark on It Takes Two: “There were adaptations. A million things we had to find, because there was nothing like this done before.”

He added on the dance: “It was all beautiful, but the special thing about it was the moment. It just felt like we’re doing something bigger than us. I couldn’t stop crying.”

Turning to Nikita on the sofa, Ellie replied: “It was so lovely to see you get emotional.”
