Maisie Smith is not playing around ahead of her stint on Strictly Come Dancing later this month.
The EastEnders star, 19, has been hitting the gym on the regular to ensure she's bringing her A game to the dancefloor on the hit BBC One dance show.
Maisie has been on a mission to get in tip top shape for her dance stint and revealed to fans in September that she had been making regular gym trips.
Speaking to New! mag ahead of her appearance on the show, Maisie revealed: "I'll be honest, I love going to the gym - it's my happy place where I can work on myself."
She went on: "But in lockdown it was closed and I didn't do one home workout. I just couldn't be bothered. I was tired. But as soon as the gyms opened again, I knew I was doing Strictly, and I've gone every single day to prepare.
"I know how hard it is and I want to be fit enough."
Last week, Maisie rocked up at the Elstree TV studios for her first ever show rehearsal for Strictly Come Dancing.
Having already won the competition once during a charity episode, fans are confident that Maisie will go far once again.
She has already taken to the Strictly ballroom once before when she wowed the dance floor with former professional dancer, Kevin Clifton.
The pair took part in the Children In Need special of the prime time show, with Maisie walking away victorious.
Maisie has also revealed that she had previous dance experience and even frequently shows off her moves in plenty of TikTok videos.
The male professionals have reportedly been keen to land Maisie as their partner, although no official pairings have yet been announced.
