Strictly star Jamie Laing has lost a stone from show and 'can finally see his feet'

Strictly Come Dancing star Jamie Laing has revealed he has lost a stone since starting his gruelling training regime on the show.

The Made in Chelsea star, who is paired with professional dancer Karen Hauer, revealed he can now see his toes again after losing his "pot belly".

Jamie, 32, told The Sun : "I can see my toes in the shower for the first time in ages! I had a pot belly when I started Strictly. That’s gone now.

"I mean, I’m even getting abs, not as good as Karen’s, her abs are like the eighth wonder of the world. But I’m getting there!

"I’ve lost over a stone now, which is insane. I honestly encourage anyone who wants to lose some weight to take up dancing!"

Jamie will be going head to head in Saturday's final against Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse, Ranvir Singh and Giovanni Pernice, Maisie Smith and Gorka Marquez, and HRVY and Janette Manrara.

Last week, Jamie was saved from elimination after the dance off, with JJ Chalmers and Amy Dowden sent home.

The bookies favourites to win are Bill and Oti at 11-10, shortly followed by HRVY and Janette at 7-4.

Ranvir's odds have been consistently shortening each week and is now available at 5-1 for her and partner Giovanni Pernice.

Maisie and Gorka can be backed at 10-1, while Jamie and Karen are the 50-1 outsiders.

This week, all of the couples will take on two dances each.

HRVY and Janette are dancing the Charleston to Another Day of Sun by La La Land Cast and the Rumba to Only You by Kylie Minogue and James Corden.

And Jamie and Karena re dancing the Quickstep to Thank God I'm a Country Boy by John Denver, and the Salsa to Last Dance by Donna Summer.
