Strictly star expresses gratitude after announcing major life change

  • Strictly Come Dancing professional Johannes Radebe has officially become a British citizen.
  • Radebe, originally from South Africa, shared the news on Instagram, stating that "Britain has become my belonging" and expressing profound gratitude.
  • He was sworn in at Brent Council in London on Friday, 27 February, describing the citizenship as "not just citizenship. It is gratitude."
  • The dancer moved to the UK in 2018 to join Strictly Come Dancing and has since been partnered with seven celebrities.
  • His Strictly co-stars offered congratulations, and Radebe has confirmed his intention to remain on the show for as long as he is wanted.
